The Foundation

Few filmmakers have been as closely associated with a specific geographic location as Ingmar Bergman with Fårö. Therefore, it was natural that a Bergman Center was established here in 2011. The Bergman Center Foundation has since aimed, through its operations and activities, to manage and develop the public part of the legacy of Ingmar Bergman.
