A Lesson in Love

The gynaecologist David has grown apart from his wife Marianne. He has had an affair with Suzanne, a patient, while she has gone back to her former lover, and David’s best friend, the sculptor Carl-Adam. When Marianne travels to Copenhagen to meet Carl-Adam, David takes the same train while pretending it is a coincidence. As husband and wife spend time together during the journey they discuss the coming divorce and shares memories of their past which ultimately leads to a reconciliation.
