Bergman Lecture is a recurring program during Bergman Week. This year’s scholar is Maria San Filippo, film professor at Emerson College in Boston. She has delved into two auto biographically tinted films that use Fårö as a creative node— Bergman’s Persona and Mia Hansen-Løve’s Bergman Island.
